Ebooks & Ereader Date scheduling

I sent out a SurveyMonkey link to a date selection survey, but apparently SurveyMonkey had a little glitch and the link generated didn't go to the survey. I will resend the e-mail tomorrow morning to everyone on my list. Or you can go here to vote for the date that will work for you.
